Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SoloUp mobile application (the “App”), operated by SoloUp (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SoloUp helps you turn a personal goal into an AI-generated plan of monthly milestones and weekly tasks, and lets you track your progress toward completing that plan. SoloUp is a planning and accountability tool — it does not perform any action on your behalf outside the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use SoloUp. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You can use SoloUp anonymously, identified only by your device. Verifying an account with your phone number and a one-time passcode unlocks additional features and preserves your data if you change devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number associated with your verified account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The first milestone of any plan is free. Unlocking additional milestones requires a SoloUp Premium subscription (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) or, for individual plan generations, a separate one-time purchase.

• All purchases are billed through Google Play Billing. Pricing is shown in the App prior to purchase.
• Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
• A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks all milestones for that account permanently and does not renew.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Premium unlocks all milestones in your plan, verified-account status, and a higher monthly AI plan-generation quota. Feature availability may change as the App evolves; material reductions will be communicated in the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

Goals, milestones, tasks, and questions in SoloUp are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. This content is offered for general planning and motivational purposes only and is not professional, medical, financial, legal, or fitness advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any generated task is safe, appropriate, and suitable for you before acting on it, and you should consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your circumstances (for example, health, medical, financial, or legal goals).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means to access the App outside of normal, individual use.
• Enter goal content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, trophy artwork, and underlying software, is owned by SoloUp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the goal text and other content you input; by submitting it, you grant us a license to process it (including via our AI provider) solely to operate and provide the App to you.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time and permanently delete your account and data using the Delete All Data option in your profile. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in achieving any particular goal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloUp and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoloUp's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law grants you additional non-waivable rights.
