You give SoloUp a goal and a timeframe (1–12 months), answer a short set of multiple-choice questions, and our AI builds a plan: one milestone per month, and each milestone broken into 4 weeks of 5 tasks.

Yes — the "What's my goal?" link in the goal-setting screen is a discovery flow built for exactly that.

Generation usually takes under a minute. While you wait, SoloUp shows a short trivia quiz instead of a blank loading screen.

Open your current milestone from the Goal screen, then tap any task card on the Steps screen — it toggles between complete and incomplete instantly.

Automatically, as soon as every task within it is checked off. Its card switches to a flame-tinted "completed" look and its trophy turns from black-and-white to full color.

Once every milestone is done, double-tap the flame on the Goal screen. After confirming, you'll see a trophy carousel for the whole goal — one trophy per milestone.

You can mark an in-progress goal as unfinished, and it moves into your Goal History under "Unfinished" rather than disappearing. Your currently active goal always stays on the main Goal screen.

Yes — Profile → Goal History lists every goal you've ever had, split into Completed and Unfinished. Opening one shows the same Goal screen, in read-only form.

The first milestone of every plan is free. Unlocking milestone 2 onward requires a SoloUp Premium subscription.
